This is a complete deconstuction.  The house was originally built in 1989 with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and measuring approximately 3000 square feet.

This is a remodel and fairly complete gut.  The house was originally built in 1954, but as you can see from the pictures, has already had a fairly recent remodel.  In its current configuration, the house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and measures just over 2500 square feet.
