This is a remodel project.  The house was originally built in 1991, has 4 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and measures approximately 5150 square feet.  In addition, there is a 2000 square foot guest house. 

Project:

This a complete deconstruction of a 1925, 5 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom, 5000 square foot Woodside home. Although it wasn't deemed "historic", because of previous remodel work, it does retain many of its original elements. In addition, there are several out-buildings that will be coming down too.

This is an interior remodel and partial deconstruction of a 1908 Palo Alto home. In its current configuration, the house has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and measures just over 4000 square feet.

This is a complete deconstruction. The house was originally built in 1947, has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and measures approximately 1400 square feet.

This is an extensive remodel and partial deconstruction, with only the subfloor and few exterior walls remaining intact. The house was originally built in the early 1950s, with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and measuring 1560 square feet.

This is going to be a complete deconstruction of mid-1940s Atherton home. The house has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and measures 2740 square feet.

The house was originally built in 1957, but as you can see from the pictures, it has a number of fairly recent updates. Deconstruction Project: This is an interior gut of an Alamo home. The house was built in 1991 with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and measuring just under 4300 square feet.
